What is Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV)

VRV systems are intended for very large homes and commercial installations, for example homes, offices, shops, and middle-sized buildings. It designed for energy savings, easy installation, and high efficiency.

VRV indoor units combine with residential indoor units, all in one system, each indoor unit is individually controllable by its user and a variety of unit styles can be mixed & matched to suit individual tenancy requirements e.g. high-walls, cassettes and ducted units. The system also has designed for outdoor units. The system is designed for suit for any capacity requirement.

VRV used refrigerant as the cooling and heating medium, and allows one outdoor condensing unit to be connected to multiple indoor fan-coil units (FCUs), each individually controllable by its user, while modulating the amount of refrigerant being send to each evaporator.

By operating at varying speeds, VRV units work at the needed rate allowing for substantial energy savings at part-load conditions. Heat recovery VRF technology allows individual indoor units to heat or cool as required, while the compressor load benefits from the internal heat recovery.
